Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing. We may decline to publish, pause, or remove a listing that we judge to be misleading, unsafe, or otherwise unfit for the directory.

Window cards

Window-card listings include a printed card placed in the shop window at 21 Fore Street. There is a three-month minimum term. We do not refund within the minimum term. You may cancel renewal at any time; your card stays in the window until the end of your current paid period.

Conduct

Don't use this site to mislead or harass anyone. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Liability

We don't verify trade qualifications beyond a basic identity check; users should make their own enquiries before hiring. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months, except where the law prevents such a limit (death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or where statutory rights cannot be excluded).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
