What we collect

Account data — name and email — when you sign up. Listing data you submit, including phone number, email, photos, and trading details. Optional non-essential analytics if you accept the cookie banner.

Why we collect it

To operate the directory, fulfil the contract for paid listings, comply with our legal obligations (such as accounting), and — where you accept analytics cookies — to improve the site.

How long we keep it

Active listings are kept while your subscription is active and for six months after cancellation in case you wish to reinstate. Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account; you can delete your account from the portal at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The portal at /portal/data provides export and deletion tools. For anything else, email the address on the contact page.

Cookies

We set a single cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. We do not run any non-essential tracking unless you accept the banner.
